Wooward Dream Cruise

On Saturday, B and I walked around the Woodward Dream Cruise. Every August, classic cars take over Woodward Avenue. We saw everything from classic Bentley's to the Ghost Busters Mobile!

Here are some pictures:

The original Ghost Busters car. From the movie!

I decided that classic corvettes are my favorite. Here is a line of them. The first reminds me of Dazed and Confused. I prefer the early 60s models, myself. Very James Bond-ish.
The preppiest little golf cart! I love this! If you look closely you can see the wicker seats!
Check out those tires!

It was extremely hot out, so we didn't stay all day. After we walked home, my feet were aching, so we spent the rest of the day relaxing in the AC! I hope you all had a lovely weekend. B is away for work this week. I know I'll be lonely, so I will be reading all your blogs for company! Just another blogging perk!

Dream Cruise is always interesting both for car & people watching. I agree that a 60's vette is very cool.

I want that golf cart. I would drive it everywhere! Looks like lots of fun & I agree with Torch Lake Prep - the people watching must have been awesome!

How fun! I thought of you last night. I was watching Food Network and this man came on to judge a food competition and he worked at The Swan and Dolphin in Orlando! I so want to go there!
