I love ballet, are you a ballarina? I have ballet workout DVDs and they are so much fun to do. I'm not very flexible however, because I run. Any advice?!

PS- Brazilians aren't as bad as you would think- and take 2 IB profin about an hour before and just take a big breath and carry on conversation during it and it will pass sooner than you'd think!
