A new watch

Several months back I made a decision to purchase a new watch. I wanted to upgrade from my Swiss Army watch (which I received at my high school graduation, and have loved for many years) to something a little nicer and one I'd love for years to come. I've always loved Tag Heuer, but was momentarily distracted by another watch, which I posted about here. After a little more thought, I decided I've been wanting a Tag for along time, so I decided to go with my original plan and bought this watch last night: Its the women's Aquaracer. I love it! its the right size (big!), and a nice shape. I decided to go with the black face instead of the mother of pearl because it matches my clothing style a bit better. I don't want to say its sportier, because I'm not really sporty, but I don't know how else to describe it. The mother of pearl is beautiful, and I think I'd have picked that if I were in the market for a smaller, daintier watch. With the size of this one, I just loved the black face.

While at Macy's I spotted this tree among the other Christmas trees: I had to get a picture for you!

Today is the last day to enter my giveaway! I will have B draw a name tonight after I get home from ballet. We'll say the deadline is 10 pm, because I might go to the grocery store after ballet. Have a great day bloggies! :)
