Always Organizing asked which book I used when making my sugar cookies. I received Pillsbury's Best Cookies Cookbook as a shower gift from one of my favorite co-workers. She knows how much I love to bake, and she herself is an excellent baker who swears by this book. There are over 100 of the best cookie recipes with two recipes for sugar cookies alone! I made the more complicated recipe and it wasn't very hard at all. I'm sure most local libraries carry this book if anyone is interested. I always like to test out a cookbook before I purchase it. One of the perks of working at the library: I'm here everyday and I can always check out new things! This book seems to be going for as little as $3.00 on Amazon though if you're local library doesn't have it. I think its great to have one go-to cookbook when I need to whip something up for a party or a book where most of my favorite cookie recipes are when Christmas rolls around. Happy Baking!
