Townsend Hotel

Last Summer, B and I attended a party with several raffle prizes. the Grand Prize was a night at the Townsend Hotel. Tonight we are using our voucher for a romantic evening away from home. Ironically, we live a mile from the hotel, but its still going to be great for three reasons: 1. Today is our 6th month anniversary. We didn't plan that, it just worked out perfectly though. 2. My bff and her husband are currently living at this hotel while they try to sell their townhouse, so we'll be neighbors for the night! 3. We are having dinner here, which is one of my favorite restaurants in town!

Here is a photo of the outside:

And of the lobby/tea room: I think B and I are in for a wonderfully romantic evening and bit of relaxing. I feel like we've been going nonstop, and we won't really have another weekend to ourselves until mid-June! We have two weddings and a trip to Disney planned. All fun things, but it's going to be a busy Spring! Have a wonderful weekend!

Happy 6 month anniversary sweet girl! Hope you and B have an excellent time getting away from home for the night. That hotel looks perfectly elegant and romantic!

I checked out the Rugby Grille (love the name) dinner menu (because I am a foodie and am obsessed with new restaurants too!) - looks DELICIOUS! The tuna tartar would be my appetizer of choice and the Scottish salmon sounds incredible too! Can't wait to hear what you end up selecting :) Hope you have the most wonderful night celebrating!! XOX ENJOY!

Have a great night. We LOVE the Townsend. Stayed there on our wedding night. If you like carrot cake, get one from the bakery -- it's the best! so are their choc chip/m&m cookies.

I love the Townsend! Last time we were there was for my friend's 32nd birthday party. She's a NYE baby and had her birthday there...black tie! Good times! :)
