I have to admit I always try to outdo myself! ;)
I am starting a 2 day long cooking/baking extravaganza this evening. My contributions to the menu tomorrow include: pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, caramel pecan pie, a baked artichoke dish (from Martha), parsnip bread pudding (also from Martha), and a tomato on puff pastry appetizer (from Paula De*en). I'm thankful my mother has enlisted my help again this year (and I'm hoping she's just as happy to have my help!). I'll try to post photos of my finished products!
