Today I am cautiously hopeful that a pulled muscle in my hip/groin is healed. It was been so bad the last month, that I finally took a week off from my ballet class and didn't exercise at the gym for 7 days. I also saw a chiropractor for the first time, and I think she fixed the issue that was causing the muscle pull.
I am so thankful for my healthy body and the ability to move, exercise and dance! I have ballet class tonight, and I think I'm going to be ok. I might not be able to do everything with my right leg to the fullest extension, but I'm getting there. Last week, I couldn't even lift it above 45 degrees!

I miss dance so much some days, especially tap, that was my favorite. And you just totally reminded me of that line in Center Stage (which is a favorite movie of mine) that the barre is her home.
