And I think I found "the gown"!

I went wedding gown shopping on Saturday. I'm so glad I had my two best friends with me, because it not only made the experience so much more special, they both have great style! K picked out the gown I am 90% sure is the "one". On the hanger it didn't look like much, but on me, it fit like a glove and is so perfect! Here are the pictures I pulled from the website:

I know that this dress isn't what I had originally pictured for myself. I tried on so many styles and I really liked an a-line cut with a dropped waist. However, I love love love this dress on, and I think its both unique and sophisticated.
I tried it on with a cathedral length veil, and it really looked dramatic, which is what I want! What do you all think? Please give some feedback!

We also bought new bedroom furniture from IKEA this weekend. Poor B spent all afternoon on Sunday putting it together! I will post some pictures soon! IKEA is really something else. I bought some kitchen utensils, two lamps, and some candle votives as well. Everything is so inexpensive and cute! I'm so glad a store is only 30 minutes away! I hope everyone is having a great week so far! I promise to be a better blogger, the craziness at work is finally slowing down, because the Children's Summer Reading Program is ending on Saturday!!!!! Yeah!

What a beautiful dress! I wore a similar style and loved it. I felt so comfortable and was able to move around easily. When I tried on dresses, a big full skirt felt overwhelming to me.

Enjoy your week!
