Chuck E Cheese

Semi Slacker Mom posted today about her experiences at Chuck E's over the weekend. Boy, did this bring back memories! I loved Chuck E. Cheese when I was a kid. I mean I lovvvved it! My dad took me all the time, and I remember just being so happy whenever I was there! My dad recalls many afternoons spent there fondly, except one particular afternoon. It was time to go home, and apparently I had not used up all my tokens. My father being a really nice gave my left over coins to some other kids near by. Well, he claims, I completely melted down in the middle of Chuck E's, started crying, marched up to him with my hand extended and said "Money, have it!". Honestly, this was just the first of many times I would utter some variation of this sentence to my dad. Coming from his two year old though? I'm sure he was stunned! I love this story just as much as I loved Chuck E Cheese!

I loved him SO much! More than actual people. I'm not kidding. This face says it all......complete and utter happiness! I think I was maybe even a little nervous to be meeting my idol, Mr. Chuck E. Cheese himself! I look happier here than in every picture taken with Santa Claus over the years!

Thank you for taking this trip down memory lane with me! I think I'm going to reinstate this picture as my Facebook photo! HAHA! :)
