First, cover your eyelid with a light concealer and a base shadow in a light color (I've done a sheer light purple, but normally do a "bone", light beige color).
Next, line your upper lid with black liquid liner. I've also done dark purple and its really pretty. I own a black Maybelline liquid liner that is actually a felt tip and is not too hard to master. Practice really does make perfect when it comes to liquid eye liner! I hate it when people say, "I can't do that!" Well, I wasn't born with makeup application skills! I've spent hours perfecting eye liner....vain, I know, but now I can whip out great eye makeup in no time. After you apply the eye liner, let it dry completely.
After the dark color (brown, gray, dark purple gray, which I use here, or a sheer black work great!) is applied, it should look something like the pictures below.Next, curl your lashes (I use the Shu Uemura eye lash curler, the BEST!), and either apply false eyelashes and loads of mascara, or just loads of mascara! Nothing makes eyes pop like 7 coats of black mascara!

love you for the curlers, but also for this post, I was literally going to ask someone to do one of these this week so I'd know what to do!
great minds think alike, right :)

Love this post! Funny you love your rollers I love the old ones too! Mine died recently and I can't find any that work with really long hair.
