A Few Things

Girl From the Land of 10kl asked me about the Pumpkin Crisp. I thought I'd go ahead and post the recipe. I got this from another blog and I don't remember which! Please leave a comment if this is you recipe and I will give credit where it is due.

Pumpkin Crisp
-1 10oz can pumpkin
-3 eggs
-1 15 oz can condensed milk
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

-1 cake mix (lemon or yellow)
I used yellow
-
1 cup chopped nuts
-2 sticks melted butter

Directions
Mix pumpkin, eggs, condensed milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice until smooth
Pour in a greased 9x13 pan
Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture
Sprinkle nuts
Drizzle butter
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for about an hour

This also reheats nicely! I'm sure it'll be a hit if you make it!

Also, Wearing Mascara has given me an award! I will do a post on this later this week. I am too tired and way too depressed right now to post anymore tonight. This will help to cheer me up for sure! Good night!

Thank you for posting the recipe---I can't wait to make it! Also, like you, I'm depressed w/ the election results. 2012 can't come soon enough =)
