Also, I'm making my way through Bethenny Frankel's book. I'm currently in the chapter about how you don't actually need to be a card carrying member of thefat kids who love cake clean plate club. Yes, this is very important for me...remember this? If I can conquer my need to eat everything on my plate (at lightening speed), then I'll be so proud and will have conquered my biggest obstical regarding food and my health. And I'll kiss Bethenny Frankel if I ever meet her! Haha.
